AUB Mediterraneo and Enausma Foundation sign scholarship agreement

On November 2, 2026, the American University of Beirut – Mediterraneo (AUB Mediterraneo) and the Enausma Foundation signed a Memorandum of Understanding in Paphos to expand access to postgraduate education. The agreement aims to support high-achieving students facing financial challenges, facilitating their enrollment in master's programs at the Paphos campus.

The partnership provides for up to two annual scholarships for students enrolling in the Master of Engineering Management or the Master of Science in Business Analytics programs. The funding model is based on an equal split between the university and the foundation, with each scholarship covering 100% of eligible tuition fees, excluding miscellaneous costs. The document was formally signed by Dr. Wassim El Hajj, Rector of AUB Mediterraneo, and Natasa Michaelides, President of the Enausma Foundation.

This initiative serves as a strategic effort to promote academic accessibility for students in Cyprus who demonstrate both strong academic performance and financial need. By subsidizing tuition, the institutions intend to remove economic barriers for scholars pursuing specialized technical and business master's degrees.
