Limassol municipality announces registration for the 2027 Carnival parade

The Municipality of Limassol has announced that registration for the 2027 Grand Carnival Parade will open on Tuesday, November 17, 2026. Interested participants, whether representing a float or a walking group, must register in person at the Cultural Services offices located at 253 Agiou Andreou Street by Friday, December 18, 2026, at 1:00 p.m.

Registration priority is split by category: participants from the 2026 parade who complied with all regulations may register on the opening day, November 17. New applicants and those who previously violated regulations are eligible to register starting Wednesday, November 18, 2026. The municipality explicitly states that registrations will not be accepted via telephone or electronic means. Additionally, participants are prohibited from submitting themes related to sports or costumes that do not meet specific criteria set by the organizers.
