Themis announces November electronic real estate auctions in Cyprus

Themis has announced its November electronic auction programme, featuring more than 100 properties located across Cyprus. The auctions will be conducted through the eauctions platform, with reserve prices for the diverse portfolio ranging from as low as €1,000 for smaller plots to significantly higher amounts for larger tracts of land.

The featured properties include two adjacent fields in the Plymata area of Tseri, covering 4,869 square metres and 5,082 square metres, with reserve prices set at €21,000 and €21,500 respectively. Additionally, a 6,875-square-metre field in the Xylogiophyra area of Ergates is listed with a reserve price of €22,300, located near the village’s residential centre. In the more rural locality of Farmakas, a 12,820-square-metre plot is being offered with a reserve price of €25,500.

These auctions are part of a broader ongoing effort to liquidate assets across various regions, targeting both urban peripheries near Nicosia and mountainous rural communities. The programme offers a wide variety of land types, including agricultural parcels and vineyards, catering to different investor needs and development interests.
