Six minors arrested for robbery and assault in Thessaloniki

On the evening of Tuesday, November 3, 2026, six minors aged between 12 and 16 years old were arrested in the Ampelokipoi area of western Thessaloniki following an assault and robbery. According to police reports, the group surrounded a 16-year-old victim, physically attacked him, and stole his mobile phone, 20 euros in cash, and a set of keys.

Following the robbery, the perpetrators attempted to sell the stolen mobile device to a local business. Police authorities successfully apprehended the minors and subsequently arrested the shop owner who had agreed to purchase the stolen property, charging him with receiving stolen goods. The investigation into the incident is ongoing as local authorities process the suspects, who range from early to late adolescence.
