The action kicks off on Friday, November 6, with matches between AEK Larnaca and Karmiotissa Polemidion at the AEK Arena, and Nea Salamina Famagusta against Omonia Aradippou at the Ammochostos-Epistrofi stadium.

The weekend fixtures continue on Saturday, November 7, featuring AEL Limassol versus Krasava E.N.Y. at the Alphamega Stadium and Olympiakos Nicosia against Apollon Limassol at the GSP Stadium.
