Sklavenitis provides emergency bonus to employees in Cyprus
The Sklavenitis supermarket chain has issued an emergency financial bonus of 300 euros to each of its more than 2,760 employees in Cyprus. This initiative, which has already been implemented, involves a total expenditure of approximately 830,000 euros. The funds have been successfully credited to the personal cards of the staff members.
The decision serves as a recognition of the employees' contribution to the company's positive performance and overall results. This move in Cyprus follows a similar initiative recently carried out by the group in Greece, reflecting a consistent policy of rewarding staff beyond their regular compensation. The bonus is part of a broader set of benefits offered by the company to its personnel in the region, which already includes a 14th salary and additional holiday bonuses for Christmas and Easter.
