Alphamega supermarkets to host simultaneous Christmas tree lighting event

On Saturday, November 21, the Alphamega supermarket chain will host a coordinated Christmas celebration across four of its locations: Engomi, Kapsalos, Paphos-Afroditi, and Astromeritis. The events are scheduled to begin at 3:00 p.m., transforming the store premises into festive zones featuring activities, music, and food for families.

The highlight of the day is set for 5:30 p.m., when the Christmas trees at all four locations will be illuminated simultaneously. This synchronized event will be broadcast live on Mix FM, linking the different areas to officially mark the start of the holiday season.

Additionally, the Engomi location will feature a special appearance by Santa Claus, who is scheduled to arrive at 5:00 p.m. aboard the decorated Coca-Cola truck to distribute gifts. The initiative serves as a centralized community celebration aimed at creating a festive atmosphere for the public across these diverse regions of Cyprus.
