The Cyprus Real Estate Agents Association (SKEK) announced on Tuesday that the criminal investigation into allegations against real estate firms regarding the illegal exploitation of Greek-Cypriot properties in the occupied areas has been closed. Following a thorough review by the Legal Service, authorities determined there was insufficient evidence to proceed with criminal charges.
