The warning covers mountainous areas and the island's interior, where isolated thunderstorms and hail are expected. Rainfall intensity may exceed 35 millimeters per hour in affected areas. A weak low-pressure system is currently impacting the region, causing variable wind speeds ranging from 3 to 5 Beaufort and sea conditions described as calm to slightly rough. Daytime temperatures are forecast to reach 35 degrees Celsius inland, 27 degrees on the west coast, 29 degrees on other coastal areas, and 25 degrees in the higher mountains. Overnight, temperatures will drop to approximately 20 degrees Celsius inland and on the coast, and 16 degrees in the mountains. Localized fog or mist is expected to form in eastern and inland areas during the night and early morning hours. This weather pattern of localized instability is expected to persist through the coming days.
