Apollon Limassol active in transfer market with multiple signings
Apollon Limassol has significantly ramped up its squad planning, finalizing the transfers of Konstantinos Balogiannis, Leonidas Konomis, Angelos Andreou, and Andreas Athanasiou within a short period. The club is also in the final stages of signing Slovenian forward Alen Ozbolt, who has reportedly traveled to Cyprus and is expected to be officially announced early next week. Ozbolt, who previously played for Levadiakos, reportedly chose Apollon over other offers from Super League teams. The team is further planning to add another striker and two center-backs to the roster before their training camp in the Netherlands, scheduled for July 3. Fanourios Konstantinou, the club's press officer, confirmed the negotiations with Ozbolt and highlighted the club's European ambitions. The team's pre-season preparation includes medical tests on June 23 and a trip to the Netherlands from July 3 to July 13. These moves are aimed at strengthening the squad under the direction of coach Hernan Losada.
