APOEL and AEL advance to the 2025-2026 futsal championship finals

APOEL and AEL have qualified for the 2025-2026 futsal championship finals after winning their respective semifinal series against Omonia and Ararat. APOEL reached the final by securing a 4-3 comeback victory over Omonia at the Lefkotheo stadium, ending the series 2-0. AEL also advanced to the final by defeating Ararat 3-2 in overtime, concluding their series at 2-0. The final series will begin on Thursday, April 23, at 20:00 with AEL hosting APOEL. The second match is scheduled for Monday, April 27, at APOEL's home venue, and the third match is set for Thursday, April 30. Due to this schedule, APOEL postponed a planned meeting between its administration and fans, citing the importance of supporting the futsal team. Additionally, APOEL's futsal department donated 13,926 euros in match proceeds to the club's financial support platform.
