Alma movement presents parliamentary candidates for Nicosia and Kyrenia

On Saturday, April 25, 2026, the political movement Alma – Citizens for Cyprus officially presented its parliamentary candidates for the districts of Nicosia and Kyrenia. Led by Odysseas Michaelides, the movement is participating in the legislative elections with a full ticket for the first time. The party platform centers on systemic change, transparency, meritocracy, and public service, supported by a detailed program comprising 32 thematic areas aimed at addressing current national issues. Michaelides stated that the movement intends to implement actual solutions rather than simply managing the existing system.
