Actor Kostas Kazakas discusses his move to Cyprus
On Friday, May 8, actor Kostas Kazakas appeared on Athinaida Nega's show on Action 24 to discuss his career. During the interview, he explained that he spent 30 years working in Cyprus, where he established a successful career in theater and television. He noted that he later became known to the Greek public through his role in the series Sympetheroi apo ta Tirana. Kazakas revealed that his relocation to Cyprus was prompted by an incident involving actress Elisavet Konstantinidou. Konstantinidou had accidentally attended an audition for a male role and recommended him for the position. Despite his initial reluctance, Kazakas followed her advice because he lacked employment in Athens at the time. He moved to Cyprus with his partner, eventually raising his children there and building a new life.
