Cyprus Times releases final pre-election poll by Analytica Market Research

The final pre-election survey conducted by Analytica Market Research for the Cyprus Times indicates a seven-party parliament following the May 24, 2026, legislative elections. The poll, which surveyed 5,421 eligible voters aged 18 and older between May 5 and May 8, 2026, predicts a tight race between DISY and AKEL, with ELAM also gaining ground. The study estimates the distribution of the 56 parliamentary seats and identifies leading candidates for each district. Specifically, data for the Nicosia district will be published on May 12, followed by Limassol on May 13. Approximately 85% of respondents expressed a firm intention to vote in the upcoming elections. The results highlight a competitive landscape with several smaller parties struggling to secure representation. This survey utilized both telephone and online questionnaires to compile its findings.
