Court proceedings continue in the murder trial of Alexandros Antoniou
The Permanent Criminal Court in Paphos held a hearing regarding the murder of 26-year-old Alexandros Antoniou, which occurred on November 19, 2025, in the village of Konia. A 58-year-old defendant, who has been in custody, was transported to court under high security. Senior Counsel for the Republic, Andreas Chatzikyrou, submitted video footage and expert reports as evidence to the court. Genetic material matching the suspect was discovered on the driver's seat of the victim's vehicle.
