Art exhibition based on Carlo Goldoni's 'Trilogy of Summering' to be held at Hotel Minerva

The Hotel Minerva in Platres will host an art exhibition titled after Carlo Goldoni’s theatrical work 'The Trilogy of Summering'. The event is structured in three acts, reflecting the thematic elements of vacationing and leisure. Visitors can attend sessions during one weekend each in May, June, and July, with the exhibition remaining open for the entire month of August. The official opening is scheduled for May 15, 2026, at 11:00. As part of the Vima Art Fair, the installation will be accessible from May 15 to May 17, between 11:00 and 18:00. The exhibition aims to synchronize with the seasonal rhythm of visitors in the Platres area. The organizer plans to incorporate three kinetic machines during the month of August, the first of which is already constructed. This initiative draws conceptual parallels to the 1761 premiere of Goldoni’s work at the Teatro San Luca in Venice.
