APOEL FC reports on the allocation of fan contributions

APOEL FC has released a financial statement detailing the use of funds raised through the 'APOEL is you' crowdfunding platform. As of May 12, the club has collected a total of €476,860 from its supporters. The management board stated that this capital has been utilized to settle various outstanding financial obligations. Specifically, €312,450 was allocated to cover debts to former players and coaches under existing settlement agreements. Additionally, €139,000 was spent on football department payroll, while €16,860 was directed toward staff salaries. Operating expenses, including electricity and water supply bills, accounted for €8,550 of the funds. The club indicated that the fundraising initiative remains ongoing to further reduce total liabilities.
