The Luxury Collection residences open in Limassol, Cyprus

The MHV Mediterranean Hospitality Venture company has launched The Residences at Parklane in Limassol, marking the first branded residences under The Luxury Collection in Cyprus. The project is situated within the grounds of the Parklane, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa. The development consists of a single high-end residential tower featuring 37 units. The interior design was led by the firm HBA, which incorporated local Cypriot cultural elements, such as Lefkara lace and local botanical themes, into the aesthetic. Jaidev Menezes, Regional Vice President for Mixed-Use Development at Marriott International for EMEA, confirmed the partnership with MHV for this project. The development is marketed as an ultra-premium residential offering for international buyers. The residences are designed to blend with the local natural environment while maintaining international luxury standards.
