Regarding the presidency, he stated that he does not rule out supporting Stefanos Stefanou of AKEL, noting he does not consider him corrupt despite recent controversies. Conversely, Michaelides expressed opposition to supporting Annita Demetriou, Nikolas Papadopoulos, or Christos Christou for the position.
