27th Cyprus contemporary dance festival schedule announced

The Department of Contemporary Culture of the Deputy Ministry of Culture and the Rialto Theatre have announced the 27th Cyprus Contemporary Dance Festival. The event will take place from May 30 to June 21, 2026, at the Rialto Theatre in Limassol and the Nicosia Municipal Theatre. Performances feature groups from Cyprus, the United Kingdom, France, Greece, Belgium, and Finland. International works were selected by Artistic Advisor Fotis Nikolaou through an open call. Cypriot participants were selected from projects funded by the Terpsichore 2025 program. Scheduled shows include 'BLKDOG' by Botis Seva on May 30 and 'The Barbarian Nights' by Herve Koubi on June 3. All performances begin at 20:30, focusing on themes of memory and the human body.
