Nea Salamis announces roster updates and staff signings for the 2026-2027 season

Nea Salamis Famagusta has initiated significant roster moves for the 2026-2027 Cyprus League season. The club signed 26-year-old midfielder Giannis Gerolemou for one year with an option for another. Additionally, the team confirmed the signing of French winger Samuel Grandsir for a 1+1 year term. Regarding staff, Haris Nikolaou had his contract as Academy Sports Director renewed for two years with an option for a third. The club also extended contracts for players Giorgos Christodoulou (one year plus an option) and Giorgos Viktoros (until 2028 with an extension option to 2030). Finally, 17-year-old defender Kyriakos Engomitis signed his first professional contract for one year with an extension option until 2029. The team plans to hold its primary training camp in Poland from July 19 to July 29, 2026.
