Tardif states that one message allegedly contained the phrase 'you are very beautiful'. However, a spokesperson for the French First Lady has denied this account. Brigitte Macron clarified to the author on March 5 that the altercation was not related to the Iranian actress and stated that she does not monitor her husband's mobile phone. The book relies on interviews with over 70 sources to reconstruct the private life of the couple. The footage of the incident at the airport previously circulated on social media, drawing international attention.
