Anorthosis Famagusta announces election general assembly

The Board of Directors of Anorthosis Famagusta, led by Kyriakos Prastitis, has officially announced that the Annual Ordinary General Assembly will take place on June 5, 2026, at 18:30. The meeting will be held at the Kyriakos Theocharous Hall within the Antonis Papadopoulos Athletic Center in Larnaca. Given that the current board's term is expiring, this gathering will also serve as an elective assembly to choose new leadership. The current administration has formally declared its intention to stand for re-election. However, the board stated it is prepared to withdraw its candidacy if an alternative group presents a credible plan to ensure the club's financial recovery. Members are reminded that only those who have fully settled their financial obligations for 2026 are eligible to vote or stand for election. Interested candidates must submit their applications according to the club's established protocols.
