DISY party mobilization in Limassol ahead of elections
The DISY party is intensifying its campaign in the Limassol district, which currently reports the lowest support levels for the party. This decline is attributed by some to the exclusion of Nikos Sykas from the ballot and the inability of Deputy President Efthymiou Diplaros to seek reelection due to term limits. To boost the party's performance, former President Nicos Anastasiades is actively engaging with dissatisfied voters to advocate for the party. Concurrently, former party leader Averof Neofytou is focusing his support on specific candidates. Meanwhile, candidate Lefteris Tsiakkiros is reporting rising momentum, supported by a recent campaign event attended by party leadership, including Annita Demetriou. Efthymiou Diplaros continues to coordinate efforts directly from the party's offices in Limassol to ensure voter turnout. Fotini Tsiridou is also playing a leading role in the party's efforts to maintain its standing in the region.
