Karmiotissa president Michalis Pastellas confirmed that coach Alexis Garpozis will remain in his position following the team's promotion. The club is currently in advanced negotiations to use Tsirion Stadium as its home ground in Limassol for the upcoming season. Pre-season preparation will take place in Cyprus, and the primary objective for the team is to maintain its place in the first division. Regarding the roster, the club is in the process of releasing several players who were part of the team in the second division. The status of Christos Giousis remains uncertain due to his high contract value, with management currently reviewing his future. Furthermore, the club intends to maintain a significant number of Cypriot players to avoid financial penalties associated with league regulations. The team is also implementing a five-year development plan to improve financial sustainability and revenue through stadium operations.
