Three minors arrested in Paphos following attacks on food delivery workers

On Saturday at approximately 21:30, two food delivery workers aged 21 and 22 were attacked in Paphos by a group of hooded individuals. The attackers used stones, wood, glass bottles, and according to the victims' report, a knife, resulting in damage to the delivery motorcycles. Approximately one hour later, the perpetrators located the same two victims at a different location and launched a second assault. The 22-year-old victim sustained a leg injury during the second attack and required medical treatment. Following a police investigation by the Paphos Criminal Investigation Department (TAE), three suspects aged 14 and 15 were arrested under court warrants. The Paphos District Court has ordered the detention of the three minors for a period of three days. Police investigations into the incident are currently ongoing.
