AEK Athens held an open training session at the Allwyn Arena in Nea Filadelfeia on Saturday, May 16, ahead of their match against Olympiacos. Club officials opened the upper tier of the stadium to accommodate the large number of fans. The festivities included the installation of a large AEK flag at the Eagle Square and illumination of the municipality. The club also organized face painting activities for fans and emphasized the event as an opportunity for those without tickets to the main match to support the players.
