Cypriot runners complete the Euchidios Athlos ultramarathon

The Euchidios Athlos ultramarathon, covering a distance of 107.5 kilometers between Plataea and Delphi with a positive elevation gain of 2,119 meters, saw participation from several Cypriot athletes. Byron Feidios, representing Aris Runners, finished in 5th place in the general classification. Another participant, Marios Panteli of AEL Runners, completed the demanding race on May 16 in 13 hours, 45 minutes, and 21 seconds. Both runners started the race at midnight. Reports highlight the successful performance of all Cypriot representatives in this endurance event. No specific time was reported for Feidios, though his placement was noted as 5th overall.
