Missing persons reported in Nicosia region

Cypriot authorities are seeking the public's assistance in locating two missing individuals in the Nicosia district. The first person is Ayshe Redzhep Ahmed, a 17-year-old from Bulgaria, who has been missing from her residence in Aglantzia since May 17, 2026. She is 1.55 meters tall, has a robust build, and shoulder-length red hair. She was last seen wearing a white long-sleeved shirt, a leopard print tank top, black sweatpants with a white side stripe, and black-and-white sneakers. Separately, 71-year-old Jagdish from India has been missing from his residence in Nicosia since 19:00 on May 16, 2026. He is described as thin, 1.75 meters tall, with short gray-white hair, and was last seen wearing a blue-and-white long-sleeved shirt and slippers. Anyone with information is requested to contact the Nicosia CID at 22-802222, their local police station, or the Citizen's Line at 1460.
